• Lease Agreements, Master Service Contracts, Joint Operating Agreements and Drilling Contracts affect the liability you assume on a daily basis. We will clearly convey to you which liabilities are, and most importantly, are not covered by insurance and which can be contractually transferred to a 3rd party.
